I was leary about this site until I used it. I downloaded an entire Operating System - XP Professional with sp2. I was so afraid of messing things up as my Notebook is my right hand for work and I have much programs on it. I updated from ME to XP without a glitch. I realize I had a problem the night I downloaded it and at 11:00 pm I realize noone would answer my call to their toll free number nor answer my email. I decided to email and low and behold within 10 minutes, I had an answer! I am SO HAPPY with my purchase from MD of PC. I also downloaded a really cool program called Alcohol 120 which allowed me to make backups of important cd's which I could not before burn.
